This Privacy Policy explains how Susan Kendall (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit susankendallart.com or buy a painting from us. Payments are processed by California Design Housewares Inc.
What we collect
When you purchase a painting we collect your name, shipping address, email, and phone number so we can fulfill your order. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe / WooCommerce) and never stored on this site. If you subscribe to our email list we collect your email address only.
How we use it
We use your information to ship orders, answer questions, and (only with your consent) email you when new paintings are finished. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketers.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses standard WordPress and WooCommerce cookies to keep your cart and login session working. We may use basic, anonymized analytics to understand which pages are visited. We do not run advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we have on file about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email susankendall@comcast.net and we’ll respond within 14 days.
